Strengthening Health Management and Addressing
Mental Health
Maxell believes that employees' vibrant performance is essential for corporate growth and enhancing corporate value. Therefore, we focus on health management initiatives aimed at maintaining and improving employees' health.
Health Management Initiatives
After conducting regular health checkups, we are strengthening health management by implementing prevention programs for employees with or at risk of developing lifestyle-related diseases and making health checkups mandatory for employees seconded overseas.
As for mental health, we are evolving our preventive activities to prevent employees from falling into high stress through new initiatives, such as conducting stress checks in accordance with laws and regulations and conducting assessments that focus on employees' stress tolerance and providing instruction from instructors through seminars.

In addition, through EAP (※1), we respond individually to various concerns employees have with the advice of specialized staff, such as by utilizing counseling services provided by external consultation services and introducing re-employment programs to support employees returning to work. Through these efforts, Maxell has acquired the 2025 Health and Productivity Management Award (large corporation category). With the aim of promoting acquisition to other group companies and becoming one of the White 500, we will continue to improve employee benefits and take on various initiatives, aiming to create a comfortable working environment that values the health of all group employees. *1 EAP: Employee Assistance Program
