Occupational Health and Safety Education
Maxell Group regards the health and safety of its employees as a top priority. In addition to legally mandated training, we provide general education for all employees, as well as level-based training such as programs for new graduates and newly appointed managers. Through these initiatives, we aim to ensure that employees acquire the knowledge appropriate to their roles and to foster a high level of safety awareness.
To enhance the effectiveness of safety measures on-site, we are strengthening education focused on "Falling down" and "Stuck/Wounded" accidents, which occur frequently among occupational injuries. By conducting timely, immersive training using VR technology and videos, we help employees develop sensitivity to hazards and prevent accidents before they occur.
Furthermore, to create an environment where employees can work in good physical and mental health, we provide annual mental health education via e-learning. In fiscal 2025, in addition to self-care training, we are conducting "line-care" training (mental health management) for managers. We will continue to develop a workplace environment where the entire organization supports one another and everyone can remain healthy and thrive.
